CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Tira Travels ("Tira Travels", "we", "us" and/or "our") try to make sure people enjoy their vacations. We understand, however, that occasionally, this is not always the case. Accordingly, this policy sets out the circumstances in which Tira Travels may provide refunds to our customers ("customer", "you", or "your") or permit cancellation in respect of a specific travel package. Please note that in governing this refund policy, we will only deal with the passenger who placed the order regarding a specific tour package.

WHEN TIRA TRAVEL MAY PROVIDE REFUNDS

Tira travels may provide a refund of amounts you have paid to us in connection with the relevant travel products and services if:

  • We accept to cancel the services in the permitted circumstances set out
  • Times-outs in the allocation system due to oversold departure date allocations under our inventory reservation system, and as a consequence, our package is not available to you, and we cancel the
  • The passenger information form is not submitted within the specified period and we cancel the
  • The order is placed in contravention of an applicable child travel policy, and we cancel the
  • If you don't meet the minimum number of travelers for this tour package, we'll cancel your order.
  • The arrive early/stay behind, or flight upgrade option is requested and is unavailable due to flight availability after
  • We are required by law to do
  • We have made an erroneous in advertising a travel package that fundamentally missed the product or service details that is the subject of the travel
  • Before travel, the provider of the tour package ceases trading or ceases to provide goods or services that are the subject of the tour package

WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

  • The following circumstances DO NOT qualify for refunds:
  • If You have failed to read our Terms and Conditions, Website General Terms of Use, Privacy, cancellation & Refund Policy or the important information set out on our website for your tour
  • If you change your mind about a tour package, you have already purchased.(for any reason)
  • If the tour package experience was under its description but did not meet your general expectations (for any reason).
  • If you are unable to leave your home country due to a medical condition or any other personal
  • If you are unable to obtain your preferred time to experience the tour
  • If other travel or other personal commitments prevent you from taking this
  • If you have had a dispute with the business that is advertising with
  • If you are late for your booking, the business is within their rights to cancel your voucher.
  • Where the travel date selected in respect of the tour package has
  • Where you are denied entry to a destination due to a failure to comply with a health or other requirement.
  • If you leave a tour and are non-locatable after reasonable efforts have been made and we cancel any remaining component of a travel

  • Where an itinerary change occurs, and we arrange supply of a service of the comparable or higher
  • Where we will cancel an order in the event of fraud, abuse or suspicious

WHEN YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND ASK FOR REFUND

  • Suppose we increase the price of your specific tour package by a material amount (being more than 10% of the initial price) under our Terms and Conditions. In that case, you may cancel the relevant travel products or services and request a refund of amounts you have paid to us in connection with the appropriate travel products or

SUBMITTING A CANCELLATION REQUEST

  • A cancellation request must be submitted via the Tira Travels Support Page (Add link) located on our website. Tira Travels will then email the account holder a Cancellation Form. This must be completed and returned to Tira Travels no later than 72 hours prior to departure. Upon submission of this Cancellation Form, you are authorizing Tira Travels to cancel all elements of the tour package for the passenger(s) provided within the form. All cancellations are considered non-reversible once received by Tira Travels and subject to the refund circumstances listed

SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST

  • All customers requesting a refund will be required to provide full particulars as to why they are not satisfied with the quality of the goods and services subject to a tour package.
  • All complaints need to be made through the Online Feedback Form – a step-by-step process where the details of the issue are recorded. The form can be accessed via the online form located on our website's Tira Travels Support

VERIFICATION

Tira Travels will verify the validity and integrity of some or all of the particulars of the request for cancellation or refund by consulting with the relevant merchant responsible for fulfilling the offer. Tira Travels may also ask you (by phone or email) to provide additional information concerning the cancellation or refund request.

REFUSAL

Where we believe that a request for a cancellation or refund does not fall within the scope of this policy, misleading, incorrect, deceptive and/or is otherwise invalid, Tira Travels may, in its absolute discretion, refuse a cancellation or refund request. Tira Travels is under no obligation to provide you with reasons why your request has been refused. Please note that any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise suspicious activity will be immediately referred to the relevant authorities.

REFUND VIA DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT

If you request a refund, Tira Travels will refund you the money to your preferred debit/credit card account according to the details provided by you during the refund request process. Any refund provided by Tira Travels is not an admission of liability by or on behalf of Tira Travels or the admission of any other fact in connection with any act or omission which then led to the request for a refund being submitted by the customer.

CHANGES TO POLICY

Tira Travels may change this policy at any time at our absolute discretion by posting the revised policy on this website. It is your responsibility to review the terms of this policy. By visiting and using the Tira Travels website you agree to abide by the terms of this policy as amended.
